James Poon, President of Space Coast Inspections, LLC and a Certified Home and Mold Inspector and has been serving all of Florida since 2002. Located in Brevard County, James travels the state, informing Floridians of the dangers of toxic mold. He is a Level 1 Certified Thermographer as well as a Certified Home and Mold Inspector.

At Space Coast Inspections LLC, we specialize in Home Inspections, Commercial Property Condition Assessments, Microbial Investigations and Infared Thermography. Our Inspections meet or exceed all the highest standards including ASHI, NAHI, ASTM standard E-2018-01, Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (IESO) Mold Sampling; Assessment Of Mold Contamination Standards, and the EPA document "Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings". Our Microbiology Laboratory is accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) which is ISO/IEC 17025 compliant. All of our clients recieve a complete, comprehensive report.
